Dear Clients,
On Tuesday, 11/11/2025, at 04:00 AM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on Postgres DB upgrade from v13.2 to v17.6 in Prd8 Environment. The exercise will be to upgrade Postgres DB upgrade . During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the API, Attribute, Automate, Collections, Data Center, Identify, Discovery, Illuminate, Library, Redact, Custom Analytics, Developer, Media Ingestion and Processing, Track and Analytics Center as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 4 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
