Date: November 23, 2025

Dear Clients,

On Sunday, 11/23/25 - 10:30 PM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on US-FED-1 Monthly Security Patching. The exercise will be to monthly patching in US-FED-1. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the aiware apps as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 2 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
