Dear Clients,

On Day, 10/27/25, at 03:00 PM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on US-FED-2 Monthly Security Patching. The exercise will be to update system with latest softwares for security. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the apps like Redact, Illuminate, Library, API as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 2 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
