Type: Maintenance – US-GOV-1 aiData Cut-Over To ai13s Cluster Date: September 9, 2025
Dear Clients,
On Monday, 09/09/25, at 07:00 AM MT, we will be doing a maintenance on US-GOV-1. The exercise will be to migrate aiData to ai13s cluster in US-GOV-1. During the maintenance, you may experience sporadic session issues with the API and Apps (Illuminate, Redact, Identify and Library) as configuration and failover testing are being conducted. The window for maintenance is set for 3 hours and impacts are expected to be seen in timeframes of 30 minutes throughout.
